What we process, why, and the rights you have over it.

This policy explains what Versalence Infocomm Private Limited ("Provantix", "we") collects, why, and your rights, when you use the Provantix platform at app.provantix.tech (the "Service"), visit provantix.tech, or talk to us commercially.

We have not appointed an EU/UK representative because we do not currently offer the Service to customers established in the EEA or UK; we have not designated a data protection officer under Indian law, and the privacy contact above handles all requests.
1.1. Account data. When you sign up or are invited: email address, display name, organization name, password (stored only as a salted scrypt hash), and session metadata. SSO sign-in additionally receives your identity provider's assertions (email, hosted domain) — we never see your IdP password.
1.2. Telemetry ("Customer Data"). Your agents and connectors submit action records: agent identities, principal (human) identities, actions taken, targets, and timestamps. This data belongs to your organization; we process it as processor on documented instructions, and your organization is the controller. Request our data processing addendum at [email protected].
1.3. Billing data. Plan, subscription status, and payment records maintained by our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store card numbers.
1.4. Waitlist and correspondence. Email address, company, and message content you send us.
1.5. Technical logs. Short-lived security and abuse logs (IP address, user agent, request metadata) retained for 30 days.

We do not sell personal data and do not use Customer Data to train models.
We host the Service on dedicated infrastructure operated from India (data-centre services), and we use Razorpay for payment processing. Each subprocessor processes data only on our documented instructions. We will notify customers of material changes at least 14 days in advance by email to account administrators.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data from the Service directly (My Account), or by emailing [email protected]. Where we act as processor, we forward your request to the organization that controls your data and assist them as our data processing addendum requires.
EEA/UK residents may complain to their supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, which we honor: we do not sell personal information.
We process and store data in India. We do not currently transfer personal data outside India; if that changes, we will put an appropriate transfer mechanism (such as standard contractual clauses) in place and update this policy before the transfer begins.
We set no tracking cookies. The Service keeps your session token in memory only — nothing is written to persistent browser storage — and provantix.tech sets no analytics or marketing cookies. If we ever add analytics, this section will list them and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.
The Service is for organizations and users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and will delete any we find.
We will post changes here 30 days before they take effect and, for material changes, email account administrators.
